A Godly Leader:

1.) Feels deeply and takes action. (v. 1-7; Eph. 4:26; Ps. 4:4)

2.) Confronts problems and sin. (v. 7-12; Lu. 19:1-10; Prov. 28:13)

3.) Holds people accountable. (v. 12-13; Ps. 15:4)

4.) Remains a servant, even when promoted. (v. 14-18)

 5.) Trusts God for blessings and rewards.  (v. 19)
